    Submit

    Submit your paper or extended abstract via EasyChair. Submissions may present incomplete or ongoing work, but must contain a minimum two-page abstract.

    Review

    All submissions are reviewed by the CFP Review Committee.

  3. 03

    Clarification

    During the review process, non-compliant submissions are notified of non-compliance when reviewed.

  4. 04

    Decision

    Notification of acceptance is sent to all submitters.

  5. 05

    Final delivery

    Accepted speakers submit updated, complete presentation files and the pre-recorded video.

Speaker information

The submission form must include each presenter's real legal name, biography, and accurate contact details. Aliases or pseudonyms are not permitted.

Anonymous paper

The submitted paper / extended abstract must be fully anonymized. Do not include author names, affiliations, company branding, logos, or any identifying references.

Minimum length

Proposals must be at least two full pages. Incomplete or excessively brief submissions will not be reviewed.

Technical focus

Submissions must clearly describe the concepts, research, findings, or solutions to be presented. Priority is given to original research, new tools, vulnerabilities, or innovative technical solutions.

Responsible disclosure

Presentations involving security disclosures must confirm that affected organizations have been informed. The conference prioritizes education and research, not publicity.

No commercial content

Sales pitches, vendor promotion, or product marketing talks will not be accepted. Such content is restricted to sponsor areas.

Direct submission

Proposals must be submitted by the researcher(s) or speaker(s). Submissions from PR agencies or marketing representatives will not be considered.

Multiple proposals

Individuals may submit multiple proposals, but each must be submitted separately.

Review communication

The review board may contact submitters for clarification using the information provided in the speaker form.

Publication policy

Presentations and recordings may be published after the conference unless the submitter opts out during submission or notifies organizers before the event. Post-conference opt-out requests cannot be accommodated.

Video restrictions

Only demonstration or test-case videos are permitted inside a presentation. Promotional or introductory videos will not be accepted.

Always have a backup recording.

The conference is international, and worldwide infrastructure and scheduling can affect the quality of a live presentation. We require every presentation to be pre-recorded. Presentations can still be delivered live, but the pre-recorded video is required as a backup. Videos must be at least HD quality.

Questions we hear often.

Why do I need to record my presentation in advance?

Based on our experience from previous years, we need a backup in case technical issues, sickness, or travel issues prevent the presentation from being delivered live.

Where do I submit my paper or presentation?

We use EasyChair to manage submissions, which are then reviewed by our experts to ensure the quality of SOS content. Use the SUBMIT button anywhere on this page to start.
